Meet Our Team
Brendan Clancy
I have been in the industry for over 30 years and am a FENSA qualified surveyor and installer. In my spare time I enjoy watching football, in particular love to watch Chelsea play as I’m a big fan of them.
Mark Nichols
I am a qualified precision engineer with over 30 years of experience in running production facilities. In my spare time I love to play golf and go motorcycling.
Howard Lane
I have over 20 years experience in the industry, working in the West Country and East of England. I am a time served trained installer / fitter and have worked in virtually every product area the industry has to offer. I guess you could say I have seen it all – from high end architect specified Rationel products through to assisting customers with installing new door furniture such as doorknobs! I am now the main surveyor for the residential business, traditionally seen as one of the most exposed / stressful roles in the industry because a lot hangs on my measurements!
However, I love the role – meeting people and playing a part in helping them fulfil their dreams is immensely satisfying
In my down time, family time is paramount. Supplemented by regular coarse fishing and plenty of other outdoor activities, especially camping with family.
Jason Worthington
I have been in the industry for 36 years. I have an NVQ3 qualification for Commercial & Residential Surveying including structural, currently heavily involved in PAS2030 housing stock thermal installations. In my spare time I love to play golf and go spear fishing.
Max Lowles
I have been in the window industry for over 30 years. I am a FENSA qualified surveyor and installer. In my spare time I love to play golf and play in many competitions.
Lisa Jones
I have 22 years of experience in the double glazing industry, originally coming from a fabricating background and switching to the installation side 20 years ago. I am qualified in Sage Accounts – Beginner Advanced Course. In my spare time I like to be outside as much as possible either walking or roller skating.
Laura Baldwin
I have recently joined ADS commercial coming from a background of experience in bookkeeping and accounts. I hold Business Administration in level 3 along with AAT. In my spare time I teach at a Performing Arts school and love to spend time with my family.
