ADS Windows and Doors partnered with TEC Construction to enhance the building envelope by installing new windows, doors, and fully insulated cladding.
The cladding system involved a multi-layer approach for improved thermal performance. Initial battens were fixed to the structure, followed by insulation installed between them. Over this, rigid boards were applied to ensure continuous insulation coverage. The final cladding was then installed, resulting in a highly energy-efficient building with a clean, modern exterior finish.
