Northernhay House, Exeter
This project was carried out on behalf of one of our largest clients. It involved the careful removal and replacement of 362 windows in a Halls of Residence (student accommodation), to be completed within a restricted timeframe with a deadline that was achieved successfully.
The windows were carefully removed allowing for fire stopping works to be carried out to meet current building safety guidelines. The new Smart Systems Alitherm Heritage Aluminium windows were then installed which included specialist fireproof colour coordinated panels.
The project was completed on time and to the client’s complete satisfaction.
