ADS Windows & Doors was proud to collaborate with Bell Group Projects Exeter on the successful refurbishment of 63 social housing properties in Paignton. The large-scale project included a mix of houses and flats, each requiring a tailored approach to meet the specific needs of individual dwellings.

Working on a live site, the installations were meticulously coordinated through a dedicated tenant liaison officer, ensuring minimal disruption to residents throughout the 7-month programme. All work was delivered in line with the main contractor’s schedule of works, demonstrating our commitment to timely and efficient service.

Every installation was completed under PAS2030 certification, guaranteeing high-quality workmanship and full compliance with energy efficiency standards. The replacement of windows and doors not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of each property but also significantly improved thermal performance—helping to lower heating costs and reduce carbon emissions.
