Refurbishing 74 Social Housing Properties, Brixham

ADS Windows & Doors was proud to collaborate with Bell Group Projects Exeter on a major refurbishment project involving 74 social housing properties in Brixham. The scheme included a diverse mix of houses, flats, and bungalows, each requiring a tailored installation approach to meet the unique needs of its residents.
Working on a live site, our team ensured all installations were carried out with minimal disruption. A dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer played a key role in coordinating schedules and communication, ensuring residents were fully informed and supported throughout the project.
The work was delivered in line with the main contractor’s programme over a 7-month period and completed to the highest standards under PAS 2030 certification. This ensured full compliance with energy efficiency regulations and guaranteed quality workmanship.
The replacement of windows and doors has significantly improved the thermal performance of each property, contributing to lower heating costs and a reduced carbon footprint.
