For two blocks of local authority flats and maisonettes that were being upgraded, we replaced the existing PVCu windows, replacement Fascia Board, Guttering & Downpipes together with the application of externally applied insulation and coloured render.
Over 250 Optima Profile 22 White PVCu Double Glazed Windows & Doors were installed together with a large Smart Systems Smart Wall Curtain Walling system to the main entrance, façade together with commercial entrance doors incorporating low level thresholds, auto closers and anti-finger traps.
Again, a very challenging project working with various contractors and trades with minimum disruption to the tenants.
